    Hi Steve and welcome

I also have a convertible, I use a indoor cover for dust and unless your garage is very damp or you don't use your car for weeks on end I don't see a problem.

I have a beige soft top and would welcome suggestions on cleaning the road grime from it, so anyone have any tips.

Ok my names steve new kid on the block (well new old man on the block!
i have owned various jags s types mainly and now the xf but always wanted a xjs v12 so finally
raised funds and brought a convertable 1990. It makes the xf look crap and i am so chuffed
and the questions are ask to all you experts, may seem silly but to me they are important
because i want to keep my car in A1 Condition so any help is appreciated.

    Firstly car
garage! do i get a inside cover or leave uncovered in garage
some people say, if i cover this attracts damp some say this is not true,
then if i leave uncovered whats the best way to clean roof of dust as it is a convertable
    is there any special cleaner.

Anyways like i say any help appreciated

    Regards

    Steve
