Only just seen this thread. Did you manage to find a wing in the end?
They're like hen's teeth to obtain unfortunately. I bought a pair of old 3.6 wings (nearside and offside)a couple of years ago from a private seller on ebay. With a little cutting and welding they can be adapted to the facelift.
Not an ideal solution by any means, but they're a damn sight cheaper to buy and a damn sight easier to get hold of.
